I am finding it difficult to remove

Modified on Tue, 17 Sep at 1:07 PM

Removal should not be challenging, but it may require more time if the layers are thick. Patience is crucial. Everyone desires a product that lasts long and removes easily, yet these qualities often don't align, making it vital to take your time.

There are three primary removal products, and customers usually prefer one over the others. To begin, you must buff off the Top Coat to let the remover penetrate down to the Base Coat. When using our Rapid Remover or Express Remover, apply the remover to the nail after buffing the Top Coat. Follow the instructions for the wait time, then gently push off with our 3-in-1 tool or an orange stick, being careful not to apply too much force.

An exfoliating glove can assist with the remaining small pieces. Repeat the removal process for any persistent areas, but ensure you wash and dry the nails thoroughly before reapplying. Remember, our removers are formulated for nails, not skin.

For those using our Rapid Removal Hub, it operates on the power of steam, and it's best to use 100% salon-grade Acetone for optimal results. Always take your time and avoid scraping the nail bed. If you require additional assistance, please contact us again.
