I provided the wrong address or did not provide enough detail - what can I do?

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels not delivered due to incorrect address information. Once an order has been processed, most carriers are unable to make any changes to the delivery details.
