My Rapid Remover liquid has gone too thick and will not come out any longer, what do I do?

If your Rapid Remover has thickened to the point where it is unusable, it is likely that air has gotten into the chamber.  This can happen due to the lid being either left off or loose.  This is covered on the user instructions on the back of our tube. You will need to replace the tube.
