Why am I having trouble applying my Matte colours?

Hello! So, let's check how we get the perfect matte look with our colors – it's a bit of a special process, but don't worry, we are here to help you.

  • First up, follow our User Guide instructions to prep your nails.

  • Apply a super thin layer of Base Coat and give it a quick cure under your LED lamp for 2 minutes.

  • Now, make sure that powder in your pot is nice and smooth – if it's clumping up, just grab a 3-in-1 tool or something similar to break it up.

  • Dip your Mineral Bond applicator into the powder and coat it evenly – to get that even coverage!

  • Now, here's the fun part: gently dab the color onto your nail by gently tapping down (no rubbing or pressing) over the surface of that base coat. Keep dipping into your powder pot as needed and dab away until you've got full coverage. It might not look perfect just yet, but trust us, it's all part of the process!

  • Once your nail is coated, let's get rid of any extra powder for a silky smooth finish. Lightly dust from the base to the tip, repeating until all those white areas of the nail disappear. You'll notice it happening gradually, so no need to rush. And if you feel any resistance or stickiness under your applicator, you might have gone a bit overboard with the dusting.

  • Last but not least, add a thin layer of Top Coat and cure it under your LED lamp for another 2 minutes.
